EverRoof® is the specialist roofing division of Evergreens® UK, offering a range of innovative and classified systems to transform underutilised airspace and flat roofs into beautiful green multi-use leisure areas.

The systems have been tested to EU fire and wind classifications achieving Broof(t4). They are suitable for warm, cold and inverted roof areas.

Based on a mono-material structure, we take on the challenge of producing reusable, and 100% circular products.

Artificial grass is usually made from a mix of various materials like PP, PE, Latex or PU. Producing these types of grass consumes significant energy and their complex composition makes them difficult or even impossible to recycle.

ONE-DNA™ artificial grass is distinguished by its unique mono-material property; it consists entirely of just one raw material: 100% PE. Being made from one polymer enables high-quality recycling, reducing both raw material use and waste.

Proven 100% Circular

By partnering with ONE-DNA™, we are introducing pioneering synthetic grass roof systems. This results in a truly unique system that combines classified safety standards with circular, sustainable design.

To objectivively establish the value of the product, SGS intron, an independent testing and certification institute have verified the single polymer composition of ONE-DNA™ and the absence of hazardous substances (SVHC). 

The analysis shows that the grass surface is 100% circular meaning it can be reused in high-quality formats. This is full recycling and not down-cycling and marks a significant development for the industry, and one which we are proud to be leading.

The EverRoof ONE-DNA™ Systems

EVR-1 Standard System

EVR 1 is installed onto flat roof and podium areas to standard 1:60 – 1:80 falls, where additional build up is not required. This system is not suitable for inverted roofs.

EVR-3 Paving system

EVR 3 is used where the roof requires additional build-up for level transitions and level floor finishes. This system is suited for straight and angular designed spaces and is ideal for inverted roofs, as paving acts as ballast to help secure insulation against wind uplift.
