ONE-DNATM Material Composition
The mono-material PE construction requires less energy in production compared to traditional latex/PU-coated turf, and simplifies end-of-life material recovery.
The circular approach ensures that materials used can be retained and reused in their initial state. This minimises the need for new raw materials end of life and reduces waste.
Independently Verified for Circularity
By partnering with ONE-DNA™, we are introducing synthetic grass systems constructed from a single polymer, designed with end-of-life material recovery in mind.
To objectivively establish the value of the product, SGS intron, an independent testing and certification institute have verified the single polymer composition of ONE-DNA™ and the absence of hazardous substances (SVHC).
SGS Intron’s analysis confirms that the mono-PE composition can be reused in high-quality PE applications. This represents high-quality material recovery rather than down-cycling.
